In a community of the San Fernando Valley of LA, the murder of an experienced athlete by two hitmen puts into motion a chain of events that sets the lives of several residents on a crash course. This smart tale tells the story of a vindictive exwife, a mistress, a nurse, two hitmen, a wealthy art dealer and his lovelorn helper, a suicidal writer and his dog, and a bitter cop and his partner.
