I MEAN I'M NOT BEING AN ASS BUT THIS GUY WHO PLAYED FREDDY WAS OKAY BUT HE SURE THE HELL WAS NOT ROBERT ENGLUND LIKE I SAID THERE'S ONLY ONE FREDDY AND YOU ALL KNOW WHO THE HELL THAT IS!!

pretty week. it's got nothing on the original. just another new age rip off that tries to use effects in place of plot. honestly, it was pretty disappointing

Y'all seem to be side-eyeing Hayley for not being Englund, but to me, Englund's Freddy, with his extremely hammy dialogue, simply wouldn't fit as well in this version. He's meant to be pure menace and evil here, no affability or humor in him. And Englund's ham... Too affable.

I went through every ones comments,... some I agreeed with, while others not so much.
That being said,... Jackie Earle Haley, in my professional opinion gave an outstanding performance! 👏🏼👏🏻👏🏽👏🏿👏🏽👏🏾
I enjoyed this crazy version,... most remakes are crazy. 👍🏼

I saw the Original in the theater back in the day, Did Not Want to Sit in a Tub for about a Year!!! 🚿 shower with the Door 🚪 Open! Rather Norman than Freddy Any Day

movie was ok but hes not scary in the slightest robert england looked and sounded creepy i couldent take this actor seriously
