Sentenced to 10 years in prison,'' Powers' hope is New York lawyer James Donovan, recruited by a CIA operative to reconcile his discharge. A plane boards expecting to win against the young man's freedom . If all goes well, the Russians would receive Rudolf Abelthe convicted spy who Donovan defended in court.
