Set just before the Collapse of the Berlin Wall in 1989,'' Sgt. Ray Elwood is an American soldier stationed in a German army camp. Ray spends much of his free time monitoring cocaine for those MPs A soldier as a judge gave him a choice between jail and the army. If a soldier dies and also a toxicology screen indicates an alarming level of narcotics, some one is sent in to investigate.
