In early-1970s lasvegas, lowlevel mobster Sam"Ace" Rothstein gets tapped by his bosses to go the Tangiers Casino. At first, he's a success in the job, but over time, problems with his ex-hustler wife Ginger his loose cannon enforcer Nicky Santoro, her conartist ex Lester Diamond and a handful of corrupt politicians placed Sam in danger.
