Chronicle of a Blood Merchant - 2015

Place into a village right after the Korean War, poor but goodhearted Heo Sam-gwan lays out to get the girl in town, Heo Ok-ran, by selling his bloodstream to earn money. Years after, the two have been happily married with three kids, however their family experiences a catastrophe when Sam-gwan's eldest kid doesn't resemble him and rumors spread on the boy's sanity.
