Cop Land - 1997

Freddy Heflin is the sheriff of a place everyone else calls"Cop Land" -- a small and apparently peaceful town inhabited by the large city police officers he's long admired. Yet something ugly is occurring behind the peaceful facade of the town. And when Freddy uncovers a gigantic, deadly conspiracy among these residents, he's made to do it and create a choice between protecting his idols and upholding the law.
