Gang leader Tony pulls off a major diamond heist along with his team, however, cop-turned-criminal Ling knows who has got the loot and reacts by kidnapping Tony's girl and holding her for ransom. Tony's lost the diamonds as well. Since he searches for his daughter as well as the stones, Tony pairs having a government representative who worked with Ling and attempts revenge on him.
