Down Periscope - 1996

Bumbling Navy lieutenant Tom Dodge was given one final opportunity to tidy up his album. But his nemesis, Admiral Graham, assigns Dodge a submarine that can scarcely keep afloat, to the Stingray. To add insult to injury, the Stingray is usually to function as enemy flagship at the up coming war games... and to make matters even worse, Dodge's team is a group of idiots even more incompetent he is!
