Dracula II: Ascension - 2003

Sequel to Dracula 2000. Father Uffizi [Jason Scott Lee] searches vampires. He travels the planet to behead them together with his bullwhip, but his ultimate objective is to locate the very first vampire, Dracula (revealed as Judas Iscariot in Dracula 2000), absolve Dracula's sins contrary to Jesus, set his spirit free, and end his unholy existence. So, when Dracula body ends up at the New Orleans morgue, Uffizi heads . Medical students, Liz Blaine [Diane Neal] and Luke [Jason London] are charged with autopsying your own human anatomy. When they start the abdominal cavity, they find that the liver and other organs are white, indicating to Luke that anyone did not produce his or her own blood but got it i.e., a vampire.
