Talented rookie race car driver Jimmy Bly begins to slip in the race rankings and has started losing his attention. It's no wonder, with the immense pressure being shoveled on him by his ambitious promoter brother in addition to the romance with his opponent's girlfriend Sophia of Bly. Car owner Carl Henry brings racing star Joe Tanto up to speed to help Bly. Tanto must deal with the emotional scars left over from the tragic racing accident which took his lifetime to drive back Bly to the peak of the ranks.
