Insurance investigator Maindrian Pace and his team contribute double lives as motor vehicle thieves that are un-stoppable. Every time a South American druglord pays Pace to steal 48 cars , a 1973 Ford Mustang, all but one Ford have been from the tote. As Pace attempts to purify the fastback, codenamed"Eleanor", at Long Beach, he's unaware that his supervisor has tipped off the authorities after a business dispute.
