Dr. Ryan Stone, also a dazzling medical engineer on her very first Shuttle mission, together with veteran astronaut Matt Kowalsky in control of his very final flight before continuing. However, on a regular spacewalk, disaster strikes. The Shuttle is destroyed, spiraling out into the blackness of space and leaving Stone and Kowalsky completely alone-tethered to nothing but each other. They are told by the deafening silence they have lost any link to Earth and some other chance for saving. Every spoonful of atmosphere eats away at what little oxygen is left, as fear turns to fear. However the only method home is to go into the terrifying expanse of distance.

I think that the niche was just not far great. same ol same ol space movie. ugh not that great. I've seen so much better.
