Kirsty Cotten married and has become all grown up. Her memory of the events that happened back at the mental institution and her parent's home have dimmed, however, she is still traumatized. A fatal automobile wreck kills Kirsty. Now, her husband finds himself in a world full of murder, greed and sexy ladies , which makes him believe he is in hell.

Love these hellraiser movies. They show how Hell is custom-made for the individual; perpetual nightmares until the soul is quenched in torment.

there's only been like 3 hellraiser that was actually good with a decent story all others makes very little sense
