When Henry fails again to submit his homework for the summertime , he has no concept that will set a string of events which will see him forming an unlikely alliance with Moody Margaret, the funniest woman next door, and his irritating small brother Perfect Peter, outwitting tainted School Inspectors and toppling a wicked Headmaster, winning an art contest and confronting his final nemesis with no way out - because he is hoping to save the extremely school which he has always professed to despise!
