Nick Koenig, aka Hot Sugar, is in a wreck that is hot. Considered a Mozart, the young electronic musician/producer records sounds from everyday life--by hanging up pay phone recipients to Hurricane Sandy rain--and chops, loops and samples beats were -- nominated by them to grammy-award. He's living the life every musician dreams of, complete with an internet-phenom girl friend, rapper/singer"Kitty." However, when he is dumped by her , Hot Sugar is put adrift. Fleeing into Paris, he tries to regroup, searching for new sounds and a sense of self. Film maker Adam Lough combines scenes of Hot Sugar in the office on his own vintage apparatus with reflections that are surprising he offers to this camera.
