Ray Pelletier wishes to invest a pleasing and relaxing weekend fishing with his loved ones. Unfortunately, Ray's plans have been ruined by the unwanted presence of the big city dad and son duo of Steve Cote along with Stevie Jr.. Nevertheless, the two squabbling families have to put their differences aside and work together after a creature awakens out of the waters of their arctic lake area they have been currently staying in.
