Duke Diver is living the high life as the free wheeling director of a luxury hotel in Palm Springs, Calif.. He faces competition from Leo, a former military man who enjoys the woman that Duke is interested in. When Diver's past unexpectedly catches up with him , he needs to put his differences aside and team up to avoid whoever is hoping to kill him.
