One year after the events of"Kickboxer: Vengeance", Kurt Sloan has vowed never to come back to Thailand. While gearing up for a MMA title taken, he finds himself forced back in Thailand and sedated. He is there because the ones responsible need him to handle a 6'8" 400 pounds. Mongkut was named by Monster and in return to its struggle, Kurt can get two thousand dollars along with his freedom back. Kurt at first refuses, by that there is a bounty put on his mind as a way. Kurt will undergo his training nonetheless under some mentors that are unexpected in order to manage Mongkut assured to recover his freedom and learns he will have no choice.
