A contentious portrayal of adolescents in New York City which exposes a disturbing world of substance and sex abuse. The film focuses on a reckless, freckle-faced boy called Telly, whose goal would be always to have sex with as many girls that are unique as he can. When Jenny, a girl who has had sex one time, tests positive for HIV, she knows the disease contracted from Telly. When Jenny finds that Telly's idea of"safe sex" would be to merely have sex with virgins, and is ongoing to pass the disorder onto other unsuspecting girls, Jenny makes it her company to try to stop him.
