Lady in Cement - 1968

While diving for treasure gumshoe Tony Rome finds a gorgeous blonde's body, her feet stuck in a block of cement. Tough guy Waldo Gronski hires him to find a woman named Sandra Lomax Right afterwards, when there exists a connection, along with Rome wonders. He sets about trying to track down the woman, and in virtually no time finds himself combined with a beautiful partygirl and also a racketeer that is slippery.
