In love, chemist Paul Matthews visits with gypsy Madame Rosa to get assistance. Quickly realizing he could be actually really a hopeless nerd, she gifts him Love Potion No. 8, making anyone who wears it irresistible to the opposite sex for a few hours. Creature psychologist co-worker Diane Farrow and paul opt to test it. The awkward group suddenly find themselves alluring for anyone they plan, but soon realize they are attracted to each other.
