Maniac Cop - 1988

In New York, individuals are murdered and strangled to death savagely in the open street. All witnesses agree that the murderer has been in the uniform of a cop. So on the police finds out and hunts a suspect in its rankings: Jack Forrest, turned in by their wife. To establish his innocence, he has to investigate on their own.
