Mommie Dearest - 1981

Within this picture, glamorous yet lonely celebrity Joan Crawford consumes 2 orphans, and in their unconventional family looks joyful. But she is fired out of her contract with MGM studios and after Joan's attempts at romantic gratification go sour, her callous and abusive behavior towards her daughter Christina becomes more pronounced. Christina carries her very first job and leaves home, just to find her mommy's presence overshadowing her.
