Muppets from Space - 1999

When Gonzo's breakfast cereal tells him he's the descendant of extraterrestrial beings from another planet, his attempts at communication that is extraterrestrial get him intimidated by a covert government agency, prompting the Muppets to spring into action. It's tough to believe Gonzo's story but Kermit and friends soon find themselves into space filled with loads of misadventures.
