A smart parrot who talks, paulie, joins the story of his battle into your Russian immigrant who works as a janitor at the research institute where he failed and could be housed. Paulie's narrative begins several years earlier in the day if he could be awarded as a gift. Finally , he teaches the girl to speak properly but is removed by her father because he believes the girl can't distinguish dream from reality because she believes the bird can talk. Goes through a series of adventures with an aging widow, a pawn shop owner, a troubadour and a in which he lives

I have not watched this in forever and and I'm just now finding it I looked it up and wanted to cry when I saw it I missed this movie so so much

one of my all time favorite movies. I use to watch this movie with my grandmother. she passed away almost 6 years ago.
