Real Boy - 2016

REAL BOY is Bennett Wallace, also a transgender teenager at the journey to find his or her voice-as a boy, a companion, a performer, and a man's coming of age narrative. As he awakens the ups and downs of young adulthood, Bennett works to gain the support and love of his mum, who has deep misgivings about her kid's transition. He forges a friendship with his idol, Joe Stevens, a celebrated transgender musician with their own demons to fight.
