Second In Command - 2006

Armed insurgents attempt a coup d'etat at a troubled Eastern European nation, and the president flees into the U.S. embassy for protection. As soon as the U.S. ambassador is killed by the ruthless and gun-happy rebels, it comes down to the second-in-command of the embassy, Sam Keenan, played with Belgian kick-boxer Jean-Claude Van Damme, to use his excellent martial arts technique to defend the besieged.
