Within this drama, Selena Quintanilla exists into a musical MexicanAmerican family in Texas. Her dad, Abraham, realizes his young daughter is talented and begins performing venues with her. Success is found by her and falls due to her guitarist, Chris Perez, who draws the ire of her father. Selena begins recording an album which, tragically, she'd not complete.

I love JLo and the Selena movie cuz it made me cry at the end and I love this freaking movie so freaking much I love you JLo this movie was 10 out of 10 for sure I love this movie so bad and they put a lot of joy into this movie[050.

there will never be another person like Selena. I always relate so much to her simply because she just wants to be happy and share her love for music with the world. oh! & true fans know ALLLLLLL her songs not just the popular ones. long live the queen of tex-mex!๐ซ๐ซ

I cried at the end and I sang all of her songs. I was singing along with her and even though I didn't know Spanish. I mean I know a little bit of Spanish and I know mostly English

I've been listening to all her songs since I was very little. I never knew she passed til I got more older and I finally was able to watch the movie and understood why happened.. it completely breaks my heart. I wish I could of met her.. she seems very sweet..๐ฅบ
