If a murder is witnessed by homicide cop Rick Santoro during a boxing match all bets are off. It's up to lifelong friend and him and intelligence agent Kevin Dunne to uncover the conspiracy behind the killing. At every turn, Santoro makes discoveries that are increasingly shocking that he can't turn a blind eye on.
