Stu Undercoffler (Eric Roberts) is a tainted CEO whose drive for power has directed him to produce some highly dishonest decisions. Once the self-improvement conclusions of Stu have begun to spread darkness there's no stopping it. After losing his wifeStu begins to have a crisis of conscience but starts to believe he is being stalked and was hallucinating.
