Straw Dogs - 1971

David Sumner, Also a Mildmannered academic by the USA, marries an Englishwoman, Amy. As a way to escape a state-side lifestyle, David and his wife relocate into the small town in Cornwall. There, the brutish men including Amy's old fire, Charlie ostracize David. The taunts escalate, and two of the locals rape Amy. This attack awakes a shockingly facet of David.
