Conrad and Sally Walden are home alone with their pet fish. It's currently raining out, and there is not anything to really do. Until The Cat in the Hat falls in the front door. He introduces them to their own imagination, and in the beginning it's all about fun and games, until things escape control, until their parents reunite, along with The Cat needs to go , go , go.
