The First Power - 1990

A young man born out of an incestuous relationship, after enduring an emotionally scarring youth, becomes a weapon of evil and gives in to the dark side of forces. He kills with such ferocity that he becomes the most important target of the L.A.P.D. Detective Russell Logan engages in a battle of wits with Channing in life and after departure. It appears that Channing can not be stopped, but Logan has a couple of hints of his own to fit Channing's -"First Power".
