FBI agent Max Reed witnesses Dr. Tetsu Segawa - a research worker to the mystical Chronos Corporation - being murdered. Dr. Segawa had stolen an alien apparatus known as"The Guyver" from Chronos. College student Sean Barker, whose girlfriend father was Dr. Segawa, finds out the Guyver's hiding area while seeing with the forensic team investigating the crime scene.
