It's cause for celebration If Scott and Kate Johansen's daughter gets into the college of her fantasies. In other words, until Kate and Scott learn that the pupil they counted on didn't come through, and they're currently on the hook. With the aid of their friend and neighbor Frank also in need of some significant money back they decide to open an illegal casino at his suburban home, depriving everything together on a Vegas-style bacchanal where money flows, inhibitions are checked in the doorway, and all bets are off.
