The Little Girl Who Lives Down the Lane - 1976

Quiet, pulled Rynn Jacobs lives in her house in a New England beach town. Whenever the prying inquires after the daddy of Rynn, she claims he's from town on business. However, if the landlady increasingly persistent and's creepy son, Frank, wont leave Rynn independently, she teams up to keep up the dark family secret which she's been keeping to herself.
