The Perfect Weapon - 2016

In a very distant future, a totalitarian state run by'The Manager" (Seagal) controls all aspects of life. All opponents of this country are dealt in the harshest way. The majority of them are implemented by the administration's assassins. The best operative is codenamed"Condor" (Messner) -- an elite representative and hit person for the government. However, in his most recent assignment,"Condor" neglects to kill an opponent pioneer, also finds himself on the run by the very same government agency he works for. This sets in motion a chain of events together with unforseen consequences for those involved.
