The Unloved - 2009

The Unloved is film that provides child's eye perspective of the U.K.'s government-run care system for orphans and children in peril. Lucy is twenty five years of age. Having been ignored father and by her estranged mother, she's placed at a children's home. Through her eyes, we follow Lucy's find it difficult. Her rescuing is her certainty and her self-belief that she's being watched and protected by the spirit. Hers is really a pursuit for love, beauty and transcendence.
