Leonardo is just really a teenager working with an over protective mother while trying to live a more independent life. On the friend, Giovana's disappointment, he intends to go on an exchange program abroad. After a new student in town, Gabriel, arrives in their classroom, new feelings blossom in Leonardo making him question his aims.
