Siblings Monroe (Monroe Mann) and Hilary (Crystal Arnette) can see they have inherited a lakehouse and to make matters much greater, the famous horror author Stephen King is rumoured to live somewhere near. They choose to choose their friends to the river house to check out things , simply to locate immediate resistance from each one the locals, that insist that King will not live in the area.
