John'Concrete' Hong has just one night to fight his way around a violent city and rescue. After flooding from their apartment, Bethany and John Hong have been forced to live on the streets of Union where street gangs dominate the blocks. The WCC gang corners him, when John journeys to the base of the city to get work. He becomes the mark of the corrupt Police Chief Finger, and his hired assassin after fighting his way outside.
