13 Eerie - 2013

Six ambitious undergrads are pitted against each other on the scientific expedition to some remote island, faking to acquire an esteemed trainee position. Unbeknownst to them, the site was employed as an illegal biological testing ground to life-term criminals who were then left for dead. The students' arrival disturbs the place, unleashing a bunch of zombie offender convicts who seek them down, one at a time.
