The year is 2047. The planet is ruled by the repressive Imperial Central Government (CCG). Ryan is really a Green War rebel agent sent by Sponge to collect evidence contrary to the CCG for its crimes. Ryan soon faces Major Anderson, the menacing Colonel Asimov and friends of mercenaries lead by Lobo. His mission quickly turns busy if he matches Tuage, a mutant survivor of those CCG rebellion who promises to help Ryan save what's left of their world... or will she?
