Berlin in June. A room in Prenzlauer Berg is full of grief while Nazi propaganda observes the regimen's success over France. The son of anna and Otto Quangel has been murdered at front. This working class couple had believed from the'Führer' and followed but now they understand that his promises are just lies and deceit. They begin writing postcards in a bid and as a form of resistance! Kill Hitler! Putting their lifestyles these cards are distributed by them at tenement buildings' entrances as well as within stairwells. However, the SS and the Gestapo are them onto, and even their acquaintances pose a hazard.
