When carrying a hit, assassin Joe (Cage) always uses the data of their local population. Joe meets street kid Kong and he becomes his principal aide, on arriving in Bangkok. However, if Kong is not exactly killed, he asks Joe to coach him up and unknowingly becomes an objective of a group of killers.
