Two New York cops Participate in a gang war between members of the Yakuza, the Japanese Mafia. They arrest one of the killers and also are ordered to escort him back to Japan. Nevertheless, in Japan he succeeds to flee, and they get deeper and deeper to the Mafia scene , as they make an effort to trace him down and they have to master that they could only win by playing with the game -- the way that is Japanese.
