Hank Marshall is just a tough, square-jawed, straitlaced Army engineer and nuclear science expert, delegated to help conduct. Hank has come to be a thorn in the side of the Army, yet, to get a handful of explanations. He's an outspoken opponent of testing, though his superiors need to squelch his concerns and hold contrary viewpoints. . .and his reports. The other problem is his spouse.
