Port-city new york: During a camp a regional vagrant finds plans for the invasion in the us. When the Sheriff notices odd interactions together with other townsfolk he starts to look between the natives in this town into the vagrants' assert of a cell living. Others start to fear that the insurgents attack on hometown USA, after evidence of a beheading is exposed. Tempers and questions start to rise.
