Jules has inherited a village that was bewitching that was quaint and Christmas tree farm bequeathed her with her grandma. She plans to market it and use the profits to purchase her fantasy home in nyc. But the more she learns just how important Christmas Land has been so many families and also the more Jules remains on the farm the more Jules starts to question her motives to market.
